My wife’s phone is an iPhone 13pro and it will not stream 7 out of 8 cameras. I checked cellular I checked Wi-Fi. I downloaded and reinstalled the app twice her iOS is up-to-date. I even tried to do it through the Google Home on the Internet on her phone and it still will not work. When I log onto Google Home through the Internet, it will say live streaming not supported on iOS, but it is working fine on my
iPhone 15 Pro Pro

Hi Nguyek01,

Thanks for your post in the community. I understand your wife's iPhone 13 Pro is failing to stream seven of eight cameras. It's concerning that when you attempted to log in via the Google Home app through the website on her phone, an error message appeared, while your iPhone 15 Pro streams all cameras without issue. I appreciate all the efforts you've made to resolve this. No worries, help is here!

To better assist you with accurate information, I’d like to confirm the following:

  • What is the internet download speed you are receiving on your iPhone 13 Pro?
  • Are you using a VPN or proxy?
  • What access permissions do you have to the cameras?
  • Are all the cameras on the same home structure?
  • Are you receiving an error message when attempting to access the cameras on the app?
  • What is the iOS version of your iPhone 13 Pro?
  • What is your Google Home app version?
  • Do you experience the same issue when you access the Google Home website while using the Google Chrome web browser on your iPhone 13 Pro device?

Keep me posted.

Best regards,

Melany
