Hi y’all - quick question - is there a way for me to access a video clip from 12 hours ago? Doesn’t seem to be in my camera’s “history”. I’ve since signed up for Aware to see if that will allow me access to yesterday’s footage, but sadly that does not seem to be the case.
Any help appreciated, important clip I need to access from yesterday.
Thanks,
-TWF

A followup on question, as it appears video history for non-Aware subscribers is only 3 hours....
Is there a way for Google/Nest to enable yesterdays' video history available retroactively (for a new Aware customer)? What would it take to make that happen?
Thanks!

Unfortunately, there is not a way to "reactivate" anything recorded previously (before your new Nest Aware Subscription). The free plan/process is a rolling video recording that overwrites itself as time goes on during the 3 hours. So, the video is deleted after 3 hours. If an event is captured that you want to keep, you have up to 3 hours to save the event video as a permanent video file, or it is deleted and overwritten. (On the free plan)

Bummer, but thanks for letting me know. I had hoped that a recent Aware subscriber could retroactively access their video.
