Hi there,
I unfortunately had issues removing the doorbell from its mount then accidentally dropped the doorbell landing face first on the ground and frustratingly cracking the lense only after having this for a few weeks . Could you please assist and advise if the lense can be replaced or does the whole unit needs replacing? Please let me know if this is able to be covered under warranty.

You can contact Support starting with this link to seek a replacement under the 1-year warranty. Google Nest does not replace parts in its devices, and other customers have had the same exact problem you have.
