the cable and plug for nest q camera or alternative

Sadly, Google Nest seems to no longer be selling cords/power supplies for the IQ camera.

This thread has links to a couple of Amazon pages with USB power supplies that supposedly work for the IQ camera, but you'd still have to buy your own USB cables: ttps://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Cameras-and-Doorbells/Camera-won-t-power-up/td-p/218380
