Alert pn phone when someone rings bell

Hi. So I've recently purchased a nest doorbell, set up and working fine. However I only purchased it because it should link into alexa. I've not been able to do this but thought I would at least get notifications on my phone through the app (I do but there's no sound) 

What am I doing wrong?
