Announcements people ring nest hello doorbell doesn't display in Google hub 2nd gen.

Dear all,

As per title, if someone is ringing the doorbell ( nest hello wired doorbell) the Google hub 2nd gen doesn't announce and doesn't work.

I have tried to reset, factory reset, unplug 10-40-1night, but nothing is working.

Very annoying as my hello doorbell without a chime and Google hub working is completely useless.

Can someone address me to a solution?

If you have "Visitor announcements" turned on in Settings for your Nest Hello in the Google Nest app, you should get a visitor announcement on any Nest Hubs or Minis in the same "home" anytime the doorbell button is pressed.
