Audio interference- nest cam indoor

Can anyone help me figure out why I am unable to be in the same room with my phone and try and view the video from my niece Kim without audio creating a super loud squeal problem one. Second problem when I am viewing the video the audio is producing a constant sound as if there’s running water or someone’s continuously continuously saying sSsShHHHhhh! Lol But seriously that’s what it sounds like any ideas would be gratefully appreciated
