Automate Doorbell video

HI all,

Is there any way to have the doorbell (Nest Battery) video feed open automatically in a Home App, or on My Nest Hub when an event occurs?

Rather than having to open the app and clicking through to the live feed to see what is going on.

My guess is no, but I thought I would ask the cognoscenti.

At this point, that isn't possible but I would love to see that feature eventually come.  You should let the team know through the feedback option directly within Google Home.

Thanks for the confirmation. I use Google Home for a lot (28 devices) and I'm always disappointed when I find something that it doesn't do that I think it should.

Now I have to figure out what the two "unnamed Devices" are on my system. gotta track down MAC addresses.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I am terribly sorry to hear that you have had such a hard time with this! I would love to look into this issue further and help find a solution for you. Yes I can confirm this is not a possibility at this time. However, it does sound like a great idea! I will happily move this along forward as it's some great feedback! Hi LPR,  On my iPhone I get an alert when the camera see someone (based on how I have the alerts set of course).  Then I just touch the alert and it brings me right to the clip in just recorded.  NOTE: about 50% of the time you have to wait for the camera to upload the clip to the cloud because the new camera is so fast at sending the alert. (one of the few thing it does very well).

Hi mdr2, My Pixel works the same way, but I don't have my phone with me as much as my tablet when I'm at home or on my computer with the Home app installed. And it just seems that this should be a given for the  Nest Hub.
