Bad Camera Battery

PatSamHome

I have 4 Nest outdoor wifi cameras, that I installed in the 1st week of January (2022).
1 of them won't hold a charge and I've had to charge it twice (even though I've set the battery usage to "More battery life" and turned on the "Automatic battery saver" switch. It is currently at 2% charge right now.
The other 3 cameras are all between 67% - 82% and were only charged once when first installed.
Is there a known issue with some batteries in these cameras?

Some customers have had problems with the short charging cord that comes with the camera and have gotten it replaced: https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Cameras-and-Doorbells/Battery-camera-charging-problems/m-p/91...

Also, two weeks ago Google Nest finally admitted that the battery camera and battery doorbell can't be charged when the temperature is below freezing:

We have a Google Nest Camera (Battery) but we have it plugged in all the time with the optional power cable and it is "Live" all the time with 100% battery.
