Battery doorbell setup

I have google home on my iPhone and have attempted to set up doorbell but without success. I get a connection initially but this is only for a short period. The doorbell then appears to be dead. On the Home App it shows the doorbell as being present but off and I cannot see how to turn it on.

any suggestions?

I’m sorry to hear that. No worries, we’ll sort this out — a few questions: what’s the status light of your doorbell? What store did you purchase it from? Is it fully charged before you set it up? How far is the doorbell from the router Also, is it plugged into a power outlet?
