Battery is taking forever to charge and battery dies fast

The batteries been charging for three days and it’s only at 60% and the battery dies out quick

Since Google Nest does not sell the "compatible 7.5W AC adapter" that it says is "sold separately", what are you using to charge your battery doorbell?
