Battery not charging

My doorbell battery died while I was out of town. I removed the Google Nest doorbell and plugged in the charger last night. No indicator lights and no charge. Doorbell has been charged one time besides the initial charge.

Hello Lf53,

 

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries; we'll check this out. Just a few questions: Are you using the USB charger that came with it? Did you try a different power outlet? Have you tried to do a factory reset? Check out this link on how to do a factory reset on your Nest Doorbell.
