My camera/doorbell  battery won’t take a charge

it was working fine. Notified the battery was going. Plugged it in for charge. Went totally dead. Still plugged in. No light indicator that it is charging. No life indicated on app.
It is 70 beautiful degrees.

Hello Casbah,   If it is less than 1 year old then it should still be in warranty.  But since this is just a user forum you will have to actually contact Google and speak with a Google Tech person.  Here is the link to get you going....

It sounds like you have a defective camera. Others in this forum have reported issues with charging the battery camera. We've had a Google Nest Camera (Battery) for a year, plugged in all the time with the optional power cable, and the battery stays charged in winter and summer.
