Best camera lag on Google home but work on Nest app

I bought a new indoor nest camera, it wouldn’t allow me to connect it to my nest app only Google home. The issue is my 3 other nest cameras that are on the nest app have no lag at all… on the Google home they have crazy lag…. Why do they work fine on nest app but not Google home? I’ve restarted everything still have the issue

I have 2 1st gens and 1 2nd gen which means I need to add it to Google home.. but the 1st gen cameras lag so badly on Google home but work fine on nest app… which make the entire setup useless becuase I’m not going to use two different apps for my nest cameras… why would 1st gen nest cameras lag on Google home? And if so then why make 2nd gen only accessible on Google home?

We're currently required to check cameras in this way. We're working to streamline this process and create a single app for both camera types.
