During day mode, I get these black fuzzy lines.
I just bought this camera and just installed.
I tried restarting and factory reset. Still not going away.
Does anyone have a solution to this?

Now if I’m not mistaken I know with my dash cam in my car the same thing happens when it sees led lights. So I think your light (if it is led) is interfering with the camera itself.

But this does not happen to another camera. Same led lighting 😭

As what I was reading online, the Nest Camera and the led light is on the same frequency. I’d try replacing with a different LED or even fluorescent bulbs.

Hey there,
Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
Best regards,
Brad

Hi everyone,
@plee thanks for posting here in the community. This happens when the refresh frequency of the light source is close to the exposure rate of the camera.
The camera tries to detect and correct this issue, so you can choose to wait for the issue to resolve. You may also try the following steps:
I appreciate the help, MoNab and Brad.

Hello plee,
Just one quick final check in here since activity has slowed down. We'll be locking the thread in the next 24 hours, but if you still need help, I would be happy to keep it open. If there's more we can do, just let me know.
