For the past month I have been unable to access live video feed and any video history. This has been on my PC with all browsers including Chrome, Firefox, etc. A blue spinning circle continually spins. All cameras and doorbell feeds are affected at multiple locations. I have fast Mbps on both locations for both download and upload. I thought I would give it some time for this software issue to be fixed, but after a month or more I am frustrated as it has not been resolved. I did call tech support and spent more than an hour seeing if they could help, but to no avail. Community chats have shown this issue for more than 6 months, but I could not find any that were resolved. Most people just end up switching to another product. The problem is it would cost over a grand to replace my equipment. I have a family member who just sold their house. They left all the google cameras with the old house and bought another product for the new one.
I'd like to check one more time if anyone has been able to eliminate the blue spinning circle. Help!

Hi KanzaKruzer,
I'm sorry that you have to go through this, as a user myself I definitely understand how you feel. No worries, we'll dig deeper into this. May I know what type of camera you have? What's the status light of your camera? When did you first notice the issue? Did you experience a power outage? How far is your camera from the router? Any wireless interference between your camera and router?
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks,
JT

Problem is related to PC based browser. Problem is not evident on iPhone. Each mesh network point has strong connection with base router. One wired nest doorbell, two outdoor plug in Nest cameras, one second generation outdoor battery camera that is plugged in (although it cannot be viewed on PC browser). All status lights are on. Problem has been evident for 60 days. All cameras are close to mesh network points. We have had power outages, but I have rebooted since then several times. No interference. Problem is only evident on PC using chrome, firefox, etc.

Hi KanzaKruzer,
Thanks for sharing that. It looks like your computer can't load your Nest Cameras live video smoothly. Let's further check this — a few questions:
Looking forward to your response.
