Our outdoor Nest camera suddenly shows a very blurry view and cannot see anything thru the lens. Daytime vision is totally clear. We cleaned the lens and no help.

A few questions — what type of Nest Camera are you using? Is this happening on multiple Nest Cameras? Is this happening on different phones?
Please gather a screenshot of your daytime and night view for comparison. Also, check if this is happening if you view it in different phones.
