My usb that connects to the power adapter to the nest camera is corroded. Looks like blue and white powder inside it. I called Nest and they won't replace it because it's 2 years old.
Does anyone have any tips how to clean the inside of thr usb section? Can you use IPA?
I'll have to wrap it in electrical tape after I clean it but just want to see how yall clean it.
Thanks

Hi there,
Sorry to hear about that. We usually recommend to clean the outside of Nest products with a soft, lint-free cloth. You can check this article on how to
Clean your Nest products for more detailed steps.
