Hey there,
I hope you're doing well. I need to raise a concern about my Google Nest Lens. Despite double-checking that it was installed correctly, it somehow took a tumble and now the lens is busted.
I want to mention that the device is still under warranty, so I'm hoping we can find a solution without too much hassle. It's frustrating because I rely on the Nest Lens for security, and this accident has left me feeling a bit vulnerable.
I'd really appreciate it if we could figure out either repairing or replacing the damaged part. And if there's any way to prevent this from happening again in the future, that would be great too.
Thanks for your attention to this matter. Looking forward to your help.
Best Regards

Google Nest does not offer any repair services. You could try contacting Support about a warranty replacement:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
