The camera is offline, I reset and it works for 5 min then back to saying its offline.

Which doorbell do you actually have? Your post says "Nest app" and "Nest Doorbell (wired Gen 2)", but the only doorbell installed in the Google Nest app is the Google Nest Hello Doorbell, while the 2nd gen Google Nest Doorbell (wired) is installed in the Google Home app.
Has this issue occurred ever since you installed the doorbell? If so, you might have a weak Wi-Fi signal at your doorbell's location.
If it's a new issue and you have the newer 2nd gen Google Nest Doorbell, you could try contacting Support about whether you qualify for a warranty replacement:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
