This is especially unhelpful Brad. I am disappointed. I need to find out where I can buy a replacement part for your product. It appears several others have had the same issue. I have filled out your form. Hopefully Google will stand by their products or at the very least assist in obtaining the necessary parts.

I can definitely understand your frustration, and I am sorry that we do not offer parts. However, I am glad that you filled out the support form, as a higher tier of support will be reaching out to you regarding this.

Why is it so difficult to find replacement parts for your products? I am trying to BUY a part. Are these parts not available? I have still not heard back from anyone other than this Brad Bot.
