My wired nest hello doorbell camera is not recording or playing correctly. It has worked great for a year until about a month ago.
Our house is being renovated due to Uri. We had to disconnect the electrical breaker box panel and when the power came back on, the nest hello no longer worked correctly.
It doesn’t seem to record videos correctly. It no longer gives us the 15 second forward and back feature. It notifies us when it sees something but only shows a picture *sometimes*.
The HVAC guy moved our electrical junction box in the attic and our doorbell is wired in to that.
Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Idk but try factory resetting it. That seems to fix everything else. Goodluck.

Do you have a Nest Aware subscription? You can check that by going to settings > Nest Aware.
Without a Nest Aware subscription, you only get 3 hours worth of snapshots whenever there is an event.
