Camera Public Access on Website Help

I have a doggy daycare where clients can view their dogs playing. I use nest camera and embed the public link onto my website. 

The camera is on a schedule though. When it is "not available" for public access, the dogs are sleeping and the camera is off. It says "this camera is not available" and shows a lawn mower. It's a neat thing I guess.

I have seen another doggy daycare able to embed advertising and messages on their website saying "dogs are sleeping" or something to that effect. It is also on a schedule. 

How do I embed the video on the website on a schedule?

There isn't a Google Nest or Google Home feature, setting, or integration that can help with that. In reality, this is outside the scope of what we can help with here in the community I'm afraid.

With that said, you may have better luck posting on sites like Reddit or Stack Overflow because what you're essentially asking is a web development question. During a set time period you want your webpage to show one thing, and show the livestream during another set time period.
