Camera Volume

When I tap on a camera to view the volume starts real loud then the volume goes way down ! 2nd generation cameras . Any ideas ? Thank You

Let’s try the troubleshooting steps below:

1. Check for iOS or Android system updates.
2. Update the Google Home app from the Play Store or App Store.
3. Open the Home app.
4. Touch and hold your device's tile.
5. Tap Settings.
6. Select Audio.
7. Under "Camera volume," drag the slider left or right to decrease or increase the volume of your camera.
