Google IQ outdoor camera and the original outdoor wired cameras keep shutting off turning on freezin

Look Google cameras are not what they claim to be. I purchased the wired outdoor 2 of them cameras when they first came out immediately I had problems with picture freezing, cars driving by like snails, people walking super fast it was a **bleep** show. It’s still going on. My cameras were shut off for a while my entire network got hacked through my gmail account see how safe Google is! Their constantly breaking their privacy agreement watching doing as they please locking me out of the cameras that I spent Almost $2000 just on cameras for my house plus all the indoor Google products I bought and nothing ever works.I called the office for nest the girl was from Honduras I could tell she didn’t know what to say. What they do is type what I’m saying and someone in the US responds to them with the answer. They always say let ,e talk to my supervisor. Well I told her how can you your at home I hear dogs barking. I still don’t have one of my cameras working they told me Leave it unplugged from any outlet for 3 to 4 days then it should reset it self they always lie how do I get this first edition wired Google outdoor camera to work. It working but wont connect to my account
