Camera and doorbell alart notifications

I have 1 nest hello doorbell and 4 nest indoor cameras, but I can’t receive any notifications about camera alart through nest home app. Even someone press nest hello doorbell, the home app doesn’t send any notifications. I have turned on all the notifications and also iPhone notifications, it doesn’t work. Home app has a lot of fancy functions, but wondering if it doesn’t send notifications, what’s the meaning of camera functions? Just for checking history?
