Camera at Mom's new Assisted Living

We had just hooked up camera's a my mom's house but had to move her to assisted living.  Different location, different wifi password.  The camera was already deleted from the home account but not while we were at the old location.  Would it be best to by a new camera as the other one will NOT connect.

Thanks for reaching out. Have you tried factory resetting the camera? Here's a step-by-step guide that will guide you through it. Once that is done, you can try connecting the camera again and see if it works.

You may need to talk to whoever manages the Wi-Fi network at your mom's assisted living facility on whether it's possible to connect the camera there, and how to go about it. And Google Nest does not recommend installing Google Nest devices on shared Wi-Fi networks due to security and privacy concerns.
