says its connected to another account but it should be connected to mine.

something happen where ive lost the cameras in my app... i've deleted and download new app using same credentials as before and cameras do not appear.  I try "adding device" and says its connect to another user.... well that user is me.  how do i get access to my cameras again?

In posts in this forum, the most likely reason for what you're experiencing is inadvertently logging onto the Google Nest app or the Google Home app with the wrong Google Account.

Hello everyone,

 

@cbmoore47, thanks for posting here in the Community. Aside from what MplsCustomer has said, have you checked if you have another home structure? It could be that you chose a different home where your other Nest Cameras are not added. Keep us posted.
