Camera connection issues

Hi. Our indoor cameras are working, everything else that uses wifi is working.  Our doorbell & 2 external cameras just will not connect.
They have been fine all week, now we have flashing blue light on each one

have reset the wifi, powered down the cameras but still not working

If you go out as close as you can to the location of one of your cameras outside that isn't connecting and try to connect to the same WiFi network with your phone (close all doors etc. that would normally be closed) can it connect?  Do you get a good experience?  Since it is happening across multiple devices it seems like it's just simply not getting a good clean interference free signal from your router.  You can try changing the wifi channel/band being used by your router.  You can also try taking one of the outdoor cameras in temporarily and see if it will connect when it's inside and closer to your router.

I can connect while standing next to it. Both cameras have pulsing blue lights, never seen that before
