My nest hubs keeps losing the feed from my nest camera. It’s been doing this from time to time since we got it, but it seems to be getting worse. Sometimes it says it’s connecting and then it goes to a gray screen. The cameras are working find on the nest app and my google app. It answers my questions correctly and displays what I ask it from the internet. It’s just the camera connection that it seems to lose. Could it be an internet problem?

Hey there,
Thanks for bringing this up to me, I'd love to take a look into this for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This might be helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
Best regards,
Brad

Yes, I restarted them,( I have 2 hubs and they both do this) but it’s made no difference. I am constantly asking google to ‘stream driveway camera’.

A Factory Reset can be beneficial when a typical restart doesn't quite do the trick to resolve what you're experiencing. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
Before you factory reset your device, please be aware:
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions or concerns.
