Camera getting no power

On Tech was out and the cameras show no power, and the camera lens have fallen out of the camera.

We were told the cameras were guaranteed for 5 years.  We contacted Dish tv and they were no help.

We need to know if this 5 year guarantee will be honored.  Please contact Doug Marshall at *Phone Number Removed as per Community Guidelines* or email #.

We've had Nest cameras and doorbells--and now Nest Hubs--for years; generally Google Nest's warranty is for one year. Under Nest Labs, some of our older devices had a two-year warranty. I've never heard of a five-year warranty; is the warranty through OnTech or some other third party?
