No light. I have attempted to follow steps to turn on camera. Says u am in privacy mode. I have not found how to turn off privacy mode.

I appreciate you posting here. To make sure that we’re on the same page, I wanted to know, what do you mean about the Nest Max? Which Nest Camera do you have? What app are you using to access your Nest Camera? Try restarting it and check what the light status is.  Let us know how it goes.
