Camera is offline in PC app but online on the phone app

Camera is offline in PC app but online on the phone app.  I can also see it on the Nest app on my phone.

 I'm sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries; we'll check this out. Just a few questions: Is there any other Nest device having the same issue on your PC? Have you checked if you are using the same email address when you log in to the webapp on your PC? Have you tried using a different browser?
