Camera not connecting

I’ve been trying to connect my cameras to the nest app after moving. I have removed them from the app. I have reset the cameras. And I’ve moved them closer to the router and I keep getting the error message that it could not connect. Not sure why I paid all this money for these to not work. I hope someone has an answer.

What models of camera do you have? 
Technical specs for Nest cameras and doorbells - Google Nest Help

You mentioned using the Nest app, but I believe that screenshot is from the Home app. Different models of camera are setup and managed in one particular app,

Use the Google Home app to set up the following Nest cameras:

  • Nest Cam (wired)
  • Nest Cam with Floodlight
  • Nest Cam (battery)

Use the Nest app to set up the following Nest cameras:

  • Nest Cam IQ Indoor
  • Nest Cam IQ Outdoor
  • Nest Cam Indoor
  • Nest Cam Outdoor

Angeladelacruz, thanks for reaching out. What is the LED status of your Nest cameras? What is the distance between your Nest cameras and your WiFi router? Check out this link for some troubleshooting steps. Let us know if you need further help.
