Camera not working but have power in cords to it.

I have 2 nest cams stop working suddenly. I've tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail. I'm an electrician and there is power in the cords going to the cameras but no lights on cameras. I believe the issue is with the camera itself. Please help. Thanks

Hey AcousticMark,

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. What type of Nest camera do you have? Were there changes made with the setup, settings, and/or app of the Nest camera? Also, are you using the USB cable and adapter that shipped with the camera? Keep us posted.

Thanks,

Archie

Thanks for reaching out. I was able to determine the usb cord coming out of the camera has deteriorated on two cameras. The cameras are fine but im told the cord can't be replaced. Is that true? It seems a shame to waste two cameras. Please confirm. Thanks!
