iPhone notification sounds for Nest Doorbell

We’ve just installed our new doorbell but for some reason, iPhone notifications have no sound. Phone sound is on, volume is up, sounds are enabled in Settings > Home app > notifications and switched on in the Home app itself. Bit stumped. Any help?

Home App and Nest App

I purchased new cameras and the directions told me to set them up in my Home app (I already have a doorbell camera and thermostat). All of my devices show in my home app. However, I do not see the new cameras in my Nest app. How do I fix this issue?

Notifications

My camera is recording motion. I’m not getting any notifications however. Can I get phone alerts and email alerts? Is there any way to turn these alerts back on? They were working earlier but not now. Thank you.

Resolved! How do I turn nest camera(battery) on?

I added it today, I could see the room during setup. I just went on home app and I can't turn it on. It is not mounted yet but set in the living room. I was checking because our internet went out right at the end of set up

No Sound on Videos.

My Nest Camera (battery) recorded videos in 5 minute increments but in between the videos, there’s only 2 seconds of sound then the rest of the 4:57 seconds, is mute. No sound whatsoever. And this is about 3hrs of 5 minute videos with no sound.
