@precisionbrown

What Google Nest devices are you talking about? Your post says "Nest Cam Indoor". And what exactly is happening?

the indoor screening. The camera views. It goes to 2 different clocks

@precisionbrown

I'm sorry. I'm just another Google Nest customer, but I don't know what Google Nest devices you're having problems with, or what you mean by "indoor screening", "camera views", or "2 different clocks".

the indoor screening that shows camera views and clocks. The google thing. Not the security screen. There’s only 2 different options. The one you physically have to hit your code and the camera video screen. I’ve only had ADT for two days 😆

@precisionbrown

I think I just need to drop out of this discussion. I don't use ADT and do not really know what you mean by "the indoor screening that shows camera views and clocks".

I don't have any contact info for ADT. To contact Google Nest Support, you need to start with the link below. On the "Resources" page, do not select any of the help topics; just select "Next step" to get to the contacts option (phone or chat). The current phone wait time is less than 1 minute, and the chat wait time is less than 10 minutes

Hello everyone,

@precisionbrown, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I'd like to ask, are you referring to the Google Nest display? The one with the screen where you can live stream your Nest Camera via voice command. Here's the link to see the Google Nest display that I'm referring to. Let us know your update here.

I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.

Best,

Emerson
