Camera offline unable to connect to wifi

Unable to get back online . I was able to set the doorbell up in google home. Tested camera everything was fine. I waited to get someone to install it 2 days later now offline/ no wi no recognizing the device at all

Update . I did a factory reset u have to stick a pin in the hole in the back until the light blinks yellow and reboots. I was able to

connect and Im up and running

I have multiple cameras that I cannot get back online after my internet went out this morning.  All cameras work off of google points, which is plugged into back of router

Been trying for two weeks to get cameras back online after initial install. Done the reset button, read multiple links, but not close to fixing. ALSO, how do I assign and ensure the wifi link is connected.
