Installed the nest wired doorbell camera. Pretty simple. Then went to setup internet connection and it went along to the end. It seemed to be loading but it did not complete. The suggestion at the end of the process was that sometimes you need to try setting up more than one time because it is not uncommon for it not to complete the first time so repeated tries may be needed to finally set up. I am not able to figure out how to get to the beginning of the setup to try again to set up camera in Nest.
I got blue light on doorbell camera and the doorbell rings. No video may be due to transformer voltage being incorrect as well. Could not verify voltage on camera feed from doorbell transformer because no voltage feed value marked on transformer.
Where do you recommend I go from here?
