Camera offline

The camera is saying it’s offline! We are getting a connection error, the entire system is not functioning.

I am literally having this same exact issue currently. Nest hello doorbell (wired) 

1.)I upgraded my wifi to 1200 mbps and got a new modem.

2.) I did a factory reset on the device 

3.) Changed the wifi server username and password. 
 

4.) My technician who installed it from ontech said “sounds like a power transformer issue to me.” If this works then good but if not then I’m returning it and getting something else, I need 247 security i’m thinking of getting ring or Vivint not sure yet. Let me know what happens man thanks.

Ok I have the same issue. I have a camera that is several years old. It suddenly went offline the other day and will not reconnect. All my other wifi devices are working fine. This is what I've done. I unplugged if for a day and then plugged it back in. I tried to restart it, I deleted the app and reinstalled it, I deleted the camera from the app and reinstalled it as a new device. No luck. Only things I haven't done is a factory reset and change over from the old nest app to the new Google Nest app. What i want to know is the camera defective. I want to confirm that before I drop 180 bucks on a new camera.

My camera goes offline regularly and I cannot connect it today.  I keep getting "Something went wrong" response.  This happened the day after I signed up to continue Nest Aware,  I also bought 2 Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors but I guess I should return those since I doubt they will work.
