Camera picture is flickering AND can't add it to nest app

I have a wired Nest indoor camera that I just bought from the google store (April 2022) and I added it to a new Google home in my google home app.

But the picture is flickering.     It looks like lines running through it.   Maybe from the LED lights??  How do I fix this.

AND I cannot add this home into the nest app.   I go into the nest app and go to add the home, but this home (which only has this nest cam in it right now) doesn't show on the list of available homes to add.   why not?   All the other homes (from my google home app) are listed there.

Hi there,

I'm afraid this feature is not available. The new Nest Cameras can only be added in the Google Home app. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us and we're always looking for ways to improve. We'll take this as feedback and pass this information to our team. Let me know if I can assist you with anything else, otherwise I will be locking this thread in 24 hours.

You can also check this article if your Nest Cam (battery) Video is blurry, pixelated, discolored, or has glare for the basics.

Regards,

Steve

My phone gives me only a tiny picture.   I bought the camera to watch for theft in my retail store.   How do I watch on a desktop?
