Camera re install

Unfortunately I removed a camera with floodlight from my account.  I tried to reconnect with the QR code and it keeps giving me an error message.  The camera is hard wired.  I tried resetting and reconnecting even after it told me to turn on/off airplane mode.  Still not letting me add or connect

I can't reconnect my camera either

  • What error code do you see while you are trying to connect the camera?
  • Did you try a reset or a factory reset?
  • What’s the color of the LED status light?
  • How far is the device from the router?

  • What type of Nest camera do you have?
  • Do you see any error code while you are trying to connect the camera?
  • Did you try a reset or a factory reset on the camera?
  • What’s the color of the LED status light?
  • How far is the device from the router?
