History Not showing

I have a camera and two doorbells and they are all showing the history for the last two hours or so, but anything more than that it says there is “no history”. I have a paid subscription so there should be “history”any ideas??

Is your Nest Aware subscription in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your camera and doorbells? If it is, you should be able to go to any of your devices in the Google Nest app, select Settings | Nest Aware, and it should show your Nest Aware subscription.
