Camera video download

I  need to download multiple clips over a 30 hour time period, can someone assist in how to select and download multiple clips at once

Hi Sn00py,
 

I’m sorry for the delay. You can definitely download your video clips at once from your cloud storage. 

Here’s how:
 

1. Go to https://goo.gle/2xYDHFv.
2. Under create a new export/archive, click select data to include the products were selected all by default. Click deselect all and scroll down and look for Nest.
3. Select advanced settings and select video history.
4. Scroll down, click next step.
5. Select create export/archive.
6. Confirm it is in-progress.

Important: The time it takes to download your video clips would depend on the file size. Once the download is complete, you'll receive an email confirmation.
