We installed a nest outdoor IQ cam a few weeks ago and it was working fine. Then all of a sudden it said it was offline. I can't get it to reconnect. I've tried unplugging it, moving my Wi-Fi access point closer to it, factory resetting it (which doesn't work) restarting my Bluetooth, removing it from the app. Everything. Now I can't even add it to the app. I get an NC023 error. The light on the front of the camera is white. we have a Yale nest lock and two nest thermostats as well as sync light bulbs by GE. We have very high speed internet. It disconnected when we weren't home and didn't have a lot of devices connected. I'm at a loss
