Nest Camera

Hello,

 

I have had the nest for a while but I can’t see the video when someone came and rang the door bell. I have deleted the app and restarted the app and the camera but nothing is fixing it.

I don't know if this is what is happening in your case, but the thread below has posts from hundreds of us customers who have Google Nest Hello Doorbells that are one or two years old that are cutting out for a minute or so whenever the doorbell button is pushed, due apparently to a failing of the small internal battery. Google Nest has still not provided a resolution.

Have you had any changes to your wifi network, or anything like that?
