Camera wont connect to App

We set the first one up with the app and it has been installed successfully for a few weeks and works absolutely fine, however, the other one in the pack just will not set up any further than the  page stating ‘Try moving closer to the Nest cam’ when the device is just next to it. We have tried every trick in the book including resetting the camera and deleting all devices from the Home app and reinstalling yet nothing seems to be able to work. Please could you direct us as to what to do to get the camera up and running?
