I am terribly sorry to hear that you haven't been happy with your Nest Cameras. I would love to assist you further and look into this issue more for you but I need to collect some information first.
- When you state that your Cameras are not recording, have you checked to make sure that you have a Nest Aware subscription?
- You need one in order for your camera to record events. Without it, you will only have a live feed as an option.

- Have you recently migrated from the Nest App over to the Google Home App?
- Is your Camera connected to a strong wifi connection? If not, that could be why it isn't recording as well.
- What other troubleshooting steps have you taken to look into this issue further?
