Hi, I received a message last night about activity. I just woke up in the middle of the night at about 10:32pm as I went to the footage it showed from 11pm- present. I couldn’t go back any further than last night at 11pm there’s literally no footage. If someone shut off the camera would I be notified? Please help because it has worked so well in the past and I have a stalker and need it to be fixed ASAP! If not I will have to get rid of it!

If you want to be able to go back more than 3 hours then you have to get the monthly subscription. It is very worth it in my opinion as you get a lot of good features.

It is about $6/month but you get a lot. I think for that amount you also get something like 5 cameras included.
If this is a brand new camera you should have gotten a 30 trail (or something like that).
