I ran into this issue earlier with (NEST CAM BATTERY) You need to scan the QR code that came with each camera or input the code manually ( Which can be found on the camera) when adding the new device. That fixed it for me. Simply remove the device and add it as a new device again. That is if you have your events set and it's still not recording. Hope that helps.
